Paul Kendzior- Founder & CEO
Paul Kendzior brings years of hands-on leadership and field experience across oilfield operations, fluid management, and environmental services throughout the Permian Basin. With a background rooted in building and scaling operations, Paul has led multi-crew field teams, developed integrated service divisions, and built a reputation for practical problem-solving, operational excellence, and strong customer relationships. His experience spans HDPE pipeline systems, containment, pit management, chemical treatment, and large-scale field operations supporting drilling, completions, and production environments.
Prior to founding Redeemer Resources, Paul successfully built and scaled operational divisions from the ground up, leading rapid growth while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability, and execution. His leadership philosophy centers on building efficient systems, supporting strong field teams, and delivering dependable results customers can trust.
Paul is also a Texas State Certified EMT and former Firefighter/EMT, bringing a lifelong commitment to safety, emergency preparedness, and service into Redeemer Resources’ operational culture. His background in emergency response and safety leadership continues to shape the company’s emphasis on training, preparedness, and protecting people both in the field and in the communities it serves.
As a hands-on servant leader, Paul remains actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations and strategic direction, ensuring Redeemer Resources maintains the responsiveness, accountability, and execution its customers depend on. Guided by faith, integrity, and a commitment to service, he founded Redeemer Resources with the vision of creating a company that delivers exceptional field solutions while investing in employees, customers, and the communities it serves. Chloe Kendzior- Business Manager
Chloe Kendzior serves as Business Manager for Redeemer Resources, overseeing the financial and administrative operations that keep the company running smoothly behind the scenes. A graduate of Sam Houston State University with degrees in Business Management and Accounting, Chloe launched her career working with both Bloomberg and Tetra Technologies. As a financial data analyst, she led audits and trained teams across Tetra’s global offices, serving industries worldwide. From there, Chloe brings extensive experience managing and training financial departments across multiple industries, with a strong background in organization, process management, and operational support. At Redeemer Resources, Chloe manages the company’s backend operations, serving as the key coordinator for accounting, vendor relations, compliance, and administrative systems. She oversees accounting processes, financial organization, internal controls, and operational strategy to help ensure the company remains efficient, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements and sound accounting practices. Her work supports both the day-to-day functions of the business and the company’s long-term growth, helping keep operations organized so field teams can remain focused on what they do best. Known for her attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to build structure within fast-moving environments, Chloe helps provide the operational foundation that keeps Redeemer Resources running smoothly, responsibly, and efficiently.
Chris Muniz- Operations Manager
Chris Muniz serves as Operations Manager for Redeemer Resources, bringing extensive field and operational leadership experience across oilfield infrastructure and HDPE pipeline construction. A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Chris combines disciplined leadership with years of hands-on industry knowledge gained through both field execution and management roles in demanding operating environments.
With experience supporting a wide range of poly pipeline and fluid transfer projects, Chris plays a key role in overseeing Redeemer’s poly operations, helping coordinate crews, manage field execution, and maintain the high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism our customers expect. His practical understanding of field operations, combined with a solutions-oriented leadership style, allows him to effectively navigate project challenges while keeping crews productive and projects moving efficiently.

Ricardo Sanchez- Operations Manager
Ricardo “Rick” Sanchez serves as Operations Manager for Redeemer Resources, bringing extensive field and operational experience to the company’s day-to-day execution across fluid management, infrastructure, and field services. With a strong background in coordinating crews, managing logistics, and supporting complex field operations, Rick plays an important role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect.
Rick is known for his hands-on leadership style and strong commitment to crew success. He works closely with field personnel, customers, and company leadership to maintain clear communication, solve operational challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently from planning through completion. A proud U.S. Navy Veteran, Mario combines disciplined leadership with years of hands-on and management experience developed in demanding field environments where safety, execution, and reliability are critical.
Mario specializes in large-diameter HDPE systems and pipeline construction, with thousands of miles of pipeline work completed under his supervision throughout his career. His experience spans complex pipeline installations, facility tie-ins, large-scale fluid transfer systems, and infrastructure projects supporting drilling, completions, and production operations across the oilfield.
Working closely with customers, field crews, and company leadership, Mario plays a key role in coordinating operations, supporting teams in the field, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to Redeemer Resources’ high standards of quality and performance.
